Processing Time
All paperweight orders are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For engraved or personalized paperweights, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for production before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time):
- United States: 7–12 business days
- All Other Regions: 10–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Packaging & Protection
Paperweights are solid and often made from materials such as crystal, stone, metal, or resin. To ensure safe delivery:
- Each paperweight is wrapped in protective cushioning
- Shipped in sturdy, impact-resistant packaging
- Fragile items are clearly labeled when applicable
We take extra care to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you experience any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our support team.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your paperweight arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (if applicable). We will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
