- The paperweight is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Due to the nature of our products, items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Engraved or personalized paperweights
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Please ensure all custom details are correct before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your paperweight arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds

Exchanges
